The model
A tripod of force between insurers, channels and customers.
Dingli (鼎立, a tripod of force) names the shape of the business. Three legs carry it: the insurers whose products it markets, the channels through which it reaches customers, and the branch network that operates on the ground.
Its B2B model, “technology + solutions + operation,” embeds customised digital insurance products into the online matrix of third-party technology companies, media and traffic channels, so upstream and downstream participants increase revenue, reduce cost and work more efficiently.
